Our Satisfaction Promise

We want you to love your Mocha Meadow coffee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If there's an issue with your order:

We made a mistake (wrong grind, wrong product, incorrect label):
Contact us immediately. We'll rush you a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return anything.

Your order was damaged or lost in transit:
Reach out to us with photos or tracking details. We'll work with you to get a replacement sent out quickly.

You're not satisfied with your coffee:
We stand behind our quality. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we don't accept returns. All replacements or refunds are handled directly through our team.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mochameadow.com.
